1The Chairperson of the High Judicial Council shall set the agenda of the Council’s plenary meeting.
2A particular issue shall be added to the agenda, when requested in writing to the Chairperson by at least three members of the Council not later than 4 days before the meeting.
3If at least 6 members attending a meeting of the Council decide, that an issue, which has not been included in the agenda, should be discussed as well as be given a solution in the meeting, the issue shall be added to the agenda.
