The purpose of this law is to determine specific rules for the transitional re-evaluation of all assessees, in order to guarantee the proper function of rule of law and true independence of the judicial system, as well as the restoration of public trust in the institutions of such system, according to the provisions of Article 179/b of the Constitution.
