This law provides for:
1The principles of organization of the re-evaluation process for all judges and prosecutors;
2The methodology, procedure and standards of the re-evaluation;
3The organization and functioning of the re-evaluation institutions,
4The role of the International Monitoring Operation, the other state organs, and of the public in the re-evaluation process.
