1The Special Prosecution Office shall have a section responsible to coordinate its work with authorities in other nations. The section shall be the liaison with foreign entities in furtherance of investigations or joint investigations.
2The section shall be led by a Special Prosecutor appointed by the Chief Special Prosecutor for a period of 3 years.
3Employees within the section shall have a second level master’s degree in law or legal higher education, accredited in accordance with the legislation on higher education.
4The liaison shall have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of law and shall be fluent in Albanian and English.
