1The State Police shall provide continuous security to the premises of the Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Courts, Special Prosecution Office and of the National Bureau of Investigation. The State Police security services shall function under the direction and supervision of the Chief Judge of the respective Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Court, Chief Special Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution Office and Director of the National Bureau of Investigation, respectively.
2Detailed rules on the procedures for providing security to these institutions shall be established by a Council of Ministers decision.
