1If in the course of the investigation a reasonable doubt arises that another misconduct may have occurred, the High Justice Inspector shall issue a decision to widen or change the scope of investigation in compliance with Article 124 of this Law.
2The rules provided for in paragraph 2 and 4 of Article 123 of this Law shall apply to the extent possible.
