1Suspension of the magistrate from office in the sense of Article 152, paragraph 1, may be imposed by a Council:
aon its own initiative;
bat the request of the High Justice Inspector;
cat the request of a judge or prosecutor having undertaken actions or issued decisions in cases as referred to Article 152, letter a) and b), paragraph 1 of this Law;
çupon the request of the chairperson of the court or prosecution office related to cases as referred to in Article 152 paragraph 2 of this Law.
