1A discretionary suspension of a magistrate provided for in Article 152 of this Law shall be ordered for a specified period, but may not continue after:
athe conclusion of the relevant disciplinary or criminal proceedings which were the cause for the suspension;
bphysical or mental health recovery of the magistrate.
2The Council may review a discretionary suspension, provided for in Article 152 of this Law and decide on a case by case basis to:
achange the duration of the suspension;
brevoke the suspension;
cuphold the suspension.
