1Provisions of Part III Chapter I, of this Law shall be applicable for the recruitment process for the academic year starting not earlier than eight months after the entry into force of this law.
2The criterion of having passed the state exam shall be applicable only to the candidate magistrates, who apply to be admitted with the School of Magistrates, after the entry into force of the law governing the criteria and procedures of the state exam.
