1The Councils shall establish and administer the personal files and the register of the Magistrates. The register of the magistrates is a unique data base of professional and personal information of the magistrates.
2The personal file of a magistrate shall contain at least the following information:
aname and address;
bcivil status, name and profession of spouse or partner and children;
chistory of education;
çdate of appointment;
dparticipation in training courses;
dhany disciplinary and criminal record and information received from High Inspectorate for the Declaration and Audit of Assets and Conflict of Interests;
eperformance evaluation results;
ëcareer development details;
fdate and reason for termination of appointment, if applicable.
3The Councils shall approve detailed provision for:
athe register format and the data that are administered therein;
badditional information that is to be included in the personal files;
cthe manner in which the personal files and the register are kept;
çwhich parts of the personal files and register are open for access to the public;
4The Councils shall collect and process the data in accordance with the effective legislation on the personal data protection.
