1A magistrate shall take all reasonable measures to maintain the dignity of the office, including in relation to activities undertaken when the magistrate is not performing the official functions.
2A magistrate shall take all measures to protect and enhance:
athe dignity and standards of the profession,
bthe reputation of justice institutions and the public confidence in the judicial system and that of prosecution office,
cthe status of the magisterial profession.
3The Councils shall publish Standards of Ethics and Rules of Conduct in accordance with this Article.
4Each Council must appoint the magistrate as Ethics Advisor under the provisions of the Law “On the Governance Institutions of the Justice System”.
