1The Councils shall establish every three years a periodic report on the evaluation system, which is to contain the following information:
aA general description of the evaluations made during the reporting period;
bAn analysis of the evaluation results to the effect of identifying the weaknesses and strengths of the body of magistrates and judicial or prosecutorial system;
cAn analysis of the efficiency of the approved recommendations for the previous reporting period;
çRecommendations of measures to be taken to the effect of surpassing the identified weaknesses.
2The periodic report shall be published not later than by the end of March of the year following the reporting period.
