1The provisions on suspension from civil service as set out in the Law “On Civil Servant” shall also apply mutatis mutandis to judicial civil servants, unless otherwise provided by this Law.
2The High Judicial Council is the competent authority for declaring suspension for a chancellor, legal advisor and legal assistant and the Court Council for other judicial civil servants.
3The competent authority may, in case of suspension from duty, upon a justified request because of another lawful interest of the judicial civil servant, grant suspension from duty for a period up to two years in accordance with the provisions issued by the High Judicial Council.
