1In the decision of sequestration of assets, the court also nominates, from the list of experts of the Agency of Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets, one or more administrators. The Agency puts at the disposition of the court, at least once a year, a list of administrators with persons employed or authorised by it, and indicates the criteria of nominating them.
2Upon request of the administrator, the Agency of Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets may authorise him to ask for the assistance of specialists or other persons, who are compensated for the work done.
