1Within 3 months from the date of the confiscation request being submitted by the prosecutor or from the initiation of the special hearing under Article 12, paragraph 4 of this Article, the court shall decide on the confiscation.
2In complex cases, the court may, even ex officio, decide at a later date, however, in any case within one year from the time period provided for in the paragraph 1 of this Article.
