1In the procedural expenses there are included expenses of sequestration, of administration, of confiscation, of the defence lawyer, as well as every other expense documented according to the law.
2The expenses for sequestration according to this law are prepaid by the state and paid by the person against whose assets the sequestration of assets is ordered.
3In its final decision to a request for confiscation, the court sets the obligation for payment of the expenses prepaid by the state.
4Point 4 (repealed by Law no.70/2017, article 27)
5The court that has rendered the decision decides on complaints about procedural expenses.
