1The Minister of Finance decides on the way of using the assets confiscated according to this law, in conformity with the criteria of Articles 32 and 32, based on the recommendations of the Inter-institutional Advisory Committee of Experts for the Measures against Organised crime and the technical-financial evaluation report of the Agency of Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets.
2Within 90 days from notification of the judicial decision provided in point 2 of Article 29 of this law, the Agency of Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets submits a report of technical-financial evaluation to the Minister of Finance for every asset confiscated
3The Minister of Finance, by order, determines the manner and conditions of use of the immovable assets confiscated and issues accompanying instructions of use within 30 days from the submission of the technical-financial evaluation report, but no later than 120 days from the date of notification of the judicial decision provided in point 2 of Article 29 of this law.
