Article 16: Delivery of primary legal aid by legal clinics
Primary legal aid shall be delivered by Legal Clinics, established at higher education institutions.
The Directorate for Free-of-Charge Legal Aid shall collaborate with legal clinics in accordance with the conditions and criteria foreseen in the respective cooperation agreements, for the training and the improvement of knowledge of students participating at these clinics, on issues connected to primary legal aid.
