1In order to enforce the rights in the process of execution of criminal sentences, the child shall be assigned an ex officio defence counsel according to the provisions of this Code and the legislation in force.
2The defence counsel, upon the consent of the child and based on the best interest of the child, may be the same defence counsel who represented the child in the previous stages of the process.
