Article 134: Support after release

1The competent bodies shall support the child after release in order to enable their successful re-integration.

2In order to support the re-integration process, the local government bodies in cooperation with the child protection structures at local level shall provide, according to the legislation in force, shelter appropriate to the child who is homeless.

3The body competent for the protection of the rights of children shall coordinate the implementation of the reintegration and supervision of services to the child, at least up to 6 months after release.

4The child must be supported to have, at least:

aadequate clothing;

bpsychological support;

ctravel costs to the place of residence;

çpossibility to attend vocational training courses, unless the child is supported by the family.
