1After release, the child, where appropriate, placed again with the parents or legal guardian and they shall be guaranteed protection according to the legislation on protection of rights of the child.
2The Crime Prevention Centre for Children and Young adults in cooperation with the Unit for Protection of the rights of the child shall coordinate and implement the rehabilitation and re-socialization programme for at least six months after punishment is served or conditional release and it shall monitor the progress of the implementation of the plan for re-socialisation of the child.
