1The identity of children and their family members must not be communicated to any person who is not authorised by law to be informed thereof.
2The legal authorisation to obtain information must be strictly limited to persons and institutions requesting special information about a particular case by avoiding public disclosure of all the names of subjects according to this Code.
3A sentenced child may be informed of their personal file until the file is destroyed.
4After release of the child, the rules on the storage and destruction of the files foreseen by the law on archives in the Republic of Albania shall apply to the personal file of the child.
