1If the child is accused of a criminal offence in relation to which an adult has been accused as well, the case shall be tried according to article 27 paragraph 4 of this Code.
2Where possible, the cases involving a child shall be tried separately from those involving adults, provided this does not preclude the complete, objective and quick examination of the case.
3In any event, the child shall enjoy the rights and guarantees foreseen by this Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure.
