1Advising consists in informing the child and/or family of the commission of a harmful, dangerous offence, that constitutes a criminal offence and has negative consequences on the victim and the community.
2The competent body shall advise the child and/or child’s family when this measure is considered adequate and in the interest of the child and that it will have a positive impact on the child’s behaviour.
3The competent body, where appropriate, shall entrust the Unit for Protection of the rights of the child or social and/or psychological services with the drafting of a plan concerning the advisory service and the measurement of its effects on a step by step basis.
