1Verbal warning includes all the explanations given to the child by the competent bodies on the damage caused by his/her actions and the consequences deriving from re-commission of a criminal offence.
2In such case, verbal warning given to the child shall be kept in a special register which form shall be determined by order of the Minister of Justice.
