1The principles of this Code shall have an effect on its entire content and they shall be applied by every person and competent body in every action and decision related to the child in conflict with the law, child victim and/or witness of the criminal offence.
2The principles of this Code shall be applied even to administrative actions of the police and other bodies performing administrative activity in the context of criminal justice for children.
