1Punishment imposed against a child shall be non-imprisonment punishment and punishment to imprisonment.
2Non-imprisonment punishment shall comprise:
arestriction of liberty;
bhouse arrest;
cfine;
çcommunity work;
dprohibition to performing an activity;
dhfulfilment of certain obligations.
