Article 96: Classifying and imposing punishment against the child

1Punishment against a child shall be classified into main and supplementary punishment.

2Main punishment shall consist in:

aimprisonment;

brestriction of liberty;

cfine.

3Only one main punishment may be imposed against the child.

aprohibition to performing an activity;

bcommunity work;

cfulfilment of certain obligations;

çhouse arrest.

4Only one main punishment may be imposed against the child.

5The main punishment may be imposed along with no more than two supplementary punishments.

6One or several measures, foreseen in Chapter VII of this Code may be imposed along with the punishment.
