1In situations of urgency, the court may order that the persons requested by the parties, except for the defendant, are served notification via telephone by the court secretary or the judicial police. On the original copy of the notification the requested telephone number, the name and job of the person who receives the notification, his/her relationship with the one the notification is addressed to, as well as the date and time of the telephone call shall be reflected.
2The notification by telephone shall be valid since the moment is made, provided that its receipt is documented.
3Repealed.
4The court, when deems it appropriate, except for the defendant, may decide the notification of the person, by other technical means guaranteeing the notification, provided that their recept is documented.
5The notification of the witness with hidden identity, of the protected witness and of the collaborator of justice, shall be served by delivering a copy of the act to the prosecutor.
