1If the notification of the victims is difficult due to their number, to the inability of identifying some of them or when the notification is impossible because the places indicated in Article 140 are not known, the court may order that it is made through the public announcement at its posting corner and on the internet site. The notification shall stay posted for not less than 10 days.
2The notification shall be deemed as served when court dispatcher submits to the secretary a copy of the act together with the documents proving the public announcement.
