1Parties may request the disqualification of a judge:
ain the cases referred to in articles 15, 16 and 17 of this Code;
bif, in the exercise of his functions and prior to the issuance of the decision, he has expressed his opinion on the facts or circumstances object of the proceedings.
2A judge may not issue or take part in the issuance of a decision until the decision declaring the inadmissibility or rejection of his disqualification request has been issued.
