1The examination of a human corpse shall be carried out by the proceeding authority in presence of a forensic doctor.
2With the purpose of carrying out the examination of a dead body, the judge or prosecutor may order for its exhumation, by informing a member of the dead person’s family to participate, except for when the participation may harm the purpose of the examination.
