1A judge, or prosecutor, shall order by reasoned decision the sequestration of material evidence and items related to the criminal offence, when they are needed for evidencing the facts.
2Sequestration shall be carried out by the person who has issued the sequestration order or the judicial police officer authorised by the same order.
3A copy of the sequestration decision shall be delivered to the interested person
