1During preliminary investigations, in cases provided for by the law, the Court shall rule on the requests of the prosecutor, the defendant, the victim and private parties.
2Requests of parties during the preliminary investigations, pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article, shall be adjudicated by the same judge.
