1Any person that has received notice of a criminal offence which is prosecuted ex officio must lodge a criminal report of it. In cases specified by law, lodging of a criminal report is compulsory.
2The criminal report shall be lodged in oral or written form to the prosecutor or to a judicial police officer, in person or through a representative.
3Anonymous criminal reports cannot be used, except in cases provided for by Article 194. The content of the anonymous criminal report may be verified by the prosecutor or the judicial police in order to ensure elements of evidence which corroborate their truthfulness.
