1The medical personnel that is legally obliged to lodge a criminal report, must present it within forty-eight hours and send it to the prosecutor or any judicial police officer of the place where he/she has intervened or provided the medical assistance and, when the delay may result in a danger, to the nearest judicial police officer.
2The criminal report filed by the medical personnel shall provide information as to the person to whom the assistance was given and, when it is possible, his/her personal data, residence and anything else that serves to identify him, the circumstances of the act, the means used to commit it and its consequences.
3When several persons have provided their medical assistance in the same case, all of them are obliged to file a criminal report and being entitled to draft and sign one single document.
