1Judicial police shall gather information from persons who may indicate useful circumstances for the purposes of investigation.
2Provisions of articles 155 to 160 shall apply.
3If information needs to be obtained from a minor, the parent or legal guardian or an adult person, chosen by the minor, as well as a psychologist, should be present.
