1The defendant and the victim are entitled, within ten days of notification, to appeal the decision of the prosecutor prolonging the investigations in the district court.
2The Court, after hearing the defendant, the defense lawyer, the victim and the prosecutor, shall, within ten days, decide upon the appeal.
3If the court accepts the appeal and the investigations must not continue, the court shall order the Prosecutor to complete investigations within a time limit of 15 days.
