1Judicial police shall respond in front of the prosecutor for the activity conducted during the criminal proceeding.
2Judicial police shall execute the tasks assigned to them by the prosecutor and shall inform him immediately on their results.
3The officers of the sections and of the services are not excluded from the activity of the judicial police, apart from the cases provided for in the law.
4Courts and prosecution offices have under their direct control the sections’ personnel and may make use of any judicial police service.
