1In cases when securing of evidence is necessary, the [court] chairperson, upon request of the parties, shall order the obtaining of evidence whose obtainment might be compromised at a later moment, by observing the rules provided for court trial.
2The day, the hour and place for obtaining of evidence are notified, at least twenty-four hours before, to the prosecutor, the defendant, the victim and the defence lawyer.
3The minutes of the carried-out actions are inserted in the trial’s file.
