1The decision shall contain:
athe court which has issued it;
bthe personal data of the defendant or other personal data which are useful for his identification and also the personal data of the other private parties;
cthe charge;
çthe summarized exposition of the circumstances of the fact and the evidence on which the decision is based as well as the reasons why the court considers unacceptable the contrasting evidence;
dthe dispositive, indicating the applied articles of the law;
dhthe date and the signature of the judges.
2The decision is invalid if the dispositive or the signatures of the members of the judicial panel are missing, and if there are obvious/manifest contradictions between the reasoning and the disposition.
