1The decision is announced in the hearing by the presiding judge or a member of the panel, by reading its dispositive.
2After the dispositive, the presiding judge reads the reasoned decision. The reasoning of the decision may be given in writing also in a summary form, indicating the main grounds on which the decision is based. In such case, the court delivers to the parties in the hearing, a summary of the decision in writing.
3The annunciation of the decision, pursuant to this article, shall be deemed as notification for the parties who are present in the hearing.
