1Each of the parties, within 30 days from the announcement of the decision, if they were present, or from the day they were informed in case the decision was announced in their absence, may request its completion [of the decision] in case the court did not rule on all requests concerning the obtaining of evidence.
2The court shall examine the request with the same judicial panel, upon summoning the parties.
3Special appeal may be filed against this decision.
