1The appeal is submitted to the secretary of the court, which issued the appealed decision. The secretary of the court notes down on the appeal the day of receipt and the name of the person submitting it, attaches it to the acts and, if requested, issues an acknowledgement of receipt.
2The private parties, the defence lawyers and the representatives may submit the appeal also to the secretary of the court of the place of their residence or to a consular official. In these cases, the act is immediately sent to the secretary of the court having issued the decision.
3The appeal may be sent by registered mail to the secretary of the court having issued the decision. The secretary of the court notes down the day of its reception on the envelope and attaches it to the acts. The complaint is considered as submitted on the date in which the act is sent by registered mail.
