1Unless provided otherwise by this Code, the time limit to file an appeal is fifteen days.
2The person having filed an appeal is entitled to submit to the secretary of the court which shall examine the case, other grounds connected with the complaint, up to five days before hearing,
3The time limits provided for by this article may not be extended, except for the cases provided for by law.
