1The decision is issued immediately after the termination of the hearing, except for cases when the chairperson of the Chamber deems it necessary to postpone the rendering of the decision as long as necessary, due to the complex nature or the importance of the case.
2The decision is signed by all members of the Chamber and is announced in the hearing being read by the presiding judge or one of the judges.
