1The High Court, ex officio or upon request of the parties, shall, when the need to change the case law arises, send those cases for review from the Criminal Chamber to the Joint Chamber.
2The taking of cases to joint chambers is made by decision of the chairperson of the High Court or of the Criminal Chamber.
3The Joint Chamber shall adjudicate pursuant to the rules established for the chamber when at least two thirds of all High Court members are attending.
4The decision of the criminal chamber and of the Joint Chambers is binding for all courts when adjudicating similar cases.
