1In the criminal records office, at the Ministry of Justice, there are deposited the extracts of the decisions for persons tried for criminal matters.
2The court of first instance shall send to the office of the judicial register an extract of the punishment decision within 10 days from the date of the decision becomes final, when it is not appealed, and within 10 days from the date of receipt of acts, when the decision is appealed.
