1The records in the register are cancelled after the reception of the official notification of the death of the person to whom the records refer or when he reaches the age of eighty.
2The records shall also be cancelled when they are related to:
adecisions revoked due to revision or abrogation of the criminal offence;
bthe decisions of acquittal or dismissal, on expiry of ten years from the date on which the decision has become final;
cdecisions of punishment for misdemeanours when a fine penalty has been issued, on expiry of ten years from the day when the decision has been executed.
çmeasures and punishment decisions on misdemeanours committed by minors, when they reach 21 years of age.
