1The court accepting the request for the execution of a rogatory letter, shall perform the requested action or authorise to this purpose the prosecutor, in cases allowed by the law.
2For the performance of the requested actions the provisions of this Code shall apply, except in the cases when special rules requested by the foreign judicial authority must be observed, and which are not contrary to the principles of the Albanian judicial order.
